Hey. My name's Arden, I'm fifteen, and I figured I'd do a lil introduction thingy before dipping my toes into the forums.
So given the nature of this forum and all you've probably already guessed that I'm trans. Yup. MTF at your service (my friends like to say girl...some assembly required :P). I came out two years ago and haven't looked back. I live with my really supportive dad and grandma who I basically owe my life to...when I was living with my mom and her boyfriend they were, suffice it to say, not thrilled when their oldest kid decided to be happy and live as a girl so I was kinda a suicidal cutter for a bit :/. But as I mentioned before my dad and nana are really great and give me everything a girl could want or need so I'm pretty good right now. But since I live smack in the middle of nowhere in a little old farm town it gets kind of lonely and high school kids are just butts about it so I'm here in search of people I can relate to :)
A few other non gender oriented things about me...I love horses and work part time at a stable near my house mucking out stalls and stuff and I am crazy about it. I hate math but I'm good at science (yeah I know I'm an anomaly). In addition to my equine sensibilities I also have a weird obsession with cats, especially cat memes. And in September I finally found something normal to like too...anime! My biggest aspiration is to be a writer; I'm working on a novel right now and I write literally every chance I get so my posts might be long-winded. I'm also addicted to peanut butter but I definitely don't have a stash hidden in my closet. Nope. None.
So yeah, that's me in two paragraphs. I guess I'll get posting and see you all around. Bye :3
Hi Arden...!
A big warm welcome to Susan's Place. It always great to welcome another sister to ever growing family. I'm so glad to here you have the support of your dad and nana. There are many beautiful people here that have ether gone through or are going through the same feelings and emotions that you are. There is a vast array of information and some great resources available on this site. Everything is right at your finger tips. So pull up a chair , relax and let your fingers do the walking. I hope to see you around the forums. I wish you nothing but the best of luck on your journey and may the Angles always look upon you and help guide you on your path.
Much love,
Melissa Ann

Hi Arden, welcome to Susan's Place! I'm the resident Bostonian here! Transgender, you say? Huh, whodda thunk? I think you'll do just fine here. By the way, I'm not one to make accusations, but you absolutely reek of peanut butter. See you around the site!
Hugs, Devlyn
