Ok so I got back from Dr. Spiegel and was pleased with what I heard...
I was a little shocked at the price but want to look great right.
Then I did some more research... and if I looked at the Vital's which lets folks rate Dr.'s he had some pretty bad comments especially on nose work.
So, now I am having second thoughts. It scares me to think I could end up with a bad job on my face... It would really destroy me totally.
So now so confused.. thinking about a consult with Zukowski.. seems hardly any issues on Vitals..
I want the best.. not sure how we find the best?? ugh!!

Ok so I did more research.. I actually think Spiegel is good.. I think with any doc you can have issues. I may be reading too much.. but the surgery has gone from being exciting to oh so scary.
Any advise.. ? Such a hard choice to make..

Try to contact people who got ffs done with him and see what they thought of it all, if they liked it or not, and try to see some results, some before and after pictures, so you can see it for yourself. If you find him not so great with nose jobs but awesome with the rest you might be better off getting a nose job with a regular plastic surgeon who's specialized in noses before or after the FFS :) that's just my 2 cents... I know one recovery sounds better than 2 but at least each recovery will be "less worse" than if you got it all done at once, so there's a good side to it :P
