Hi - most of the surgeries are permanent and only some are semi-reversible. Laryngoplasty at Dr Thomas in Portlant is irreversibel and permanent. Glottoplasty is permanent and only reversible at a loss of voice quality with possible deepening. The CT-approximation method is mostly permanent if done correctly but there is a risk of some pitch loss with time, it is reversible but a deepening of the voice and some loss of voice control may occur. I cannot comment on Laser thinning methods.

Consider all surgery non-reversible and be absolutely sure that's what you want before you get it.
