Title: a follow up post [about the self harming relapse i had]
Post by: crystals on December 09, 2014, 12:35:11 PM
so like a week and half had passed maybe even more since i started the post about relapsing to self harm and all the lovely people suggested i go to the er and get some real help
well i didnt go to the er because the inflicted wounds werent deep nor endangered my body.. but i did go for support and psychological help.. i told and showed my supervisor what had happend and what is going on with me and she reffered me for help from a social worker working with her. ive met this person and she is going to help me while telling me to meet a psychiatrist to help me deal with everything and possibly help me get back to hrt and help me learn how not to self harm when i feel like doing so.
the main reason i wasnt around here for this week and half was not actualy with these problem's,it was because i finaly got my new gaming pc and am still getting around to installing all of my stuff and logging back into sites and forums im in

so im getting real help and gaming at the same time

Glad to here.

Until your face to face help if you feel that pain again come here before it gets to strong.

Always have a ear or two here and about.

Hugs

As someone who has battled self harm her whole life, I commend you. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help, especially from someone you work with.
