Hi people, this is my first time posting in here. I've been on Hormone Therapy MtF for about 9 months now. I take daily doses os finasteride, estradiol, etinilestradiol, ciptroterone acetate, all recommended by my Endo. What is happening is that I got a boyfriend and he is just perfect. But when he touches me I feel no pleasure at all on penis stimulation, as I would normaly feel as a boy before my HT. In other words I don't feel horny. If he stimulates me inside I can achieve an orgasm but this is too little for me and quite difficult, I want to feel pleasure in my body. I don't feel uncomfortable with my penis btw. I was wondering what can I do, maybe some change my medication... I talked with my Endo about it some months ago and she advised me that this was normal and that I could lower finasteride dosage, and cut estradiol, maintaing the others. I'm quite inscure, I really want to keep my look feminine, and I'm scared that if I drop this much I would look like a "guy"... On the other hand sex and masturbation are very unstatisfying for me nowadays, and I'd rather prefere as it was before (as a boy). Need some thoughts, please. I still hasn't done my third exames routine. Thank you all, I'm 29yo and live in Brazil.

Not to be rude, but you can't post up your dosage information on this forum, it's against the TOS (A mod is gonna say something eventually, so i thought i would give a heads up)

Oh I'm sorry, thank you for your advice Ariel. I erased the dosages.
Next time you talk to your endocrinologist, talk a bit about testosterone levels. Libido is pretty directly linked and although level of 23 seems about right it has been a while since you had any blood work done and that may not currently be accurate, but clearly for you some of your response has been squashed. I've been on HRT for about 30 months and am okay with the lack of desire. I can give pleasure, however am effectively non functional sexually. For me for now that is a consequence of the process, and eventually it will change.
Finding love is more important to me than finding sex, but sex is nice too.
Peace,
Julie
It's the cyproterone that your taking, switch it to bicalutamide or flutamide, you also might want to consider adding, hydroxyprogesterone injections.
It's what I use n I can still get erections n sensitivity.
I was also on cyproterone once, it totally killed my sex drive n my function.
Spironolactone messed it up for new to
Has your bf tried to please you as a woman? I have been on hormones about a year now and I am the same manual stimulation of the penis does nothing but when my wife treats me as a woman ie plays with my breasts, kisses my body lightly touches me I get aroused pretty quickly and able to maintain myself. One more note as to the orgasim it no longer comes from the penis bit rather my whole body. Just explore yourself and you will find what works for you.
Hey people! I wanna thank you all for replying, I'm so sorry I didn't get the chance do answer it properly before. I've talked to my Endo so we agreed in replacing etinilestradiol and ciptroterone acetate just for the estradiol. The thing is I think my testosterone level is growing, and ofc, with it sex arousal as well. But I feel quite uncomfortable as I feel more masculine (my body hair is growing more and faster, facial hair as well, skin is becoming more rough). Here in Brazil the use of bicalutamide and flutadmide is not well known for Hormone Therapy so I want to know more as it seems, by my reading, that it can provide less problems on sex activity. Thank you all once again!
