So,
My daughter having done a complete 180 told me that about 4 weeks ago I took her breath away at a birthday party for one of the kids when she looked at me in the kitchen and totally saw me as me... a woman. She said she almost cried because for once she saw the me I am and it touched her.
She did not tell me because she thought it might hurt me that she did not see it before..
Anyway, just found that out in therapy yesterday because she wanted to join my therapy session with me.
The night before therapy she and her hubby decided to tell my GrandDaughter
So she let the hubby do it and they did a wonderful job.. the therapist said they handled it beautifully.
Keep in mind not long ago my daughter was not going to let me be around the kids ever.
Now we are best buddies and can't get enough of me..
She feels she knows the real me and she loves me.
I know my posts seem like everything is so great .. but I do have issues. I just hope it inspires others to know that things can get better..
Love wins over hate in the end..
