I feel so stupid and taken.
I paid a lot of money for 8 body laser treatments from American Laser Skincare. When I showed up for my fifth appointment, the place was empty and a sign on the door said that the branch was closed, but "If you are a client with a treatment package that has not yet been completed, we are taking steps to try to find alternative providers for you as quickly as possible." The sign was dated a month ago. I can't reach anyone by phone (not surprisingly) so it seems like the promise to find alternate providers was an out-and-out bald-faced forked-tongue lie.
Has anyone else gotten caught up in all this? Were you able to get hold of anyone?
I feel like I should have known better, or been on top of the situation, but the appointment was made in Oct. It didn't occur to me to do anything other than just show up for it.
Have you tried the website? They're nationwide, aren't they? Keep us posted.

Yeah, website gives a number (which is not answered) and the same promise to find another provider.
