I just noticed something today. I was adjusting a very pretty metal heart choker necklace I have and figured out that I no longer needed the modification I made for it to make it longer. Before, couldn't wear it without choking but now I can wear it as it was meant to be worn. The change in my neck size is slight but just enough. Does anyone else notice a similar occurrence?
Yes, it's from loss of muscle mass in the neck. Has helped make my neck quite slender, yays!
Interesting... this is the first example of muscle loss I've actually noticed and have a frame of reference from. Thanks for the insight :)
Yes I've definitely noticed it with my male work shirts and a couple of my older smaller blouses where it was slightly tight around the neck has in recent months gotten a lot more roomier.

Yes, I tracked numerous bio sizes including neck size, my neck shrank from 17 1/4" to 14 1/2". This isn't unusual, numerous other mammals have neck changes based entirely on testosterone. Observe an average buck in the spring vs in the fall.
yep my neck size is back to where it was when I was about 15.
