Title: IM injections had no pain afterward. Changed what I did afterward
Post by: Rachel on January 05, 2015, 08:44:31 AM
I did my IM injection last night just before bed. I did the shot in bed then cleaned up and went to bed. I did not walk on my leg. I awoke with absolutely no pain.

I did this because another girl mentioned it a week or so ago and it worked.

I guess the oil needs time to be absorbed into the muscle and If I walk afterwards it must bruise the spot in the muscle.

My legs have a lot of lean muscle and are firm so perhaps that and walking after the shot caused the issue. I am so happy I found out the cause and it is not an allergic reaction :)
