So yesterday was a big day for me personally (it might not be for some) but I Finally got in touch with my potential therapist's secretary, and well I'm apparently on a waiting list which could take a few months to be in, other than that I'm going to my GP tomorrow to hopefully get put back on my anti anxiety medication should help me out in public a little better.

Anyways just wanted to share the potential start of things to come. :-X
