One thing that really bothers me is that my rib cage is quite prominent. Has anyone noticed any changes in its appearance or size when under HRT?

Nope.  Mine's still in the NFL range and hasn't changed.  Nothing I can do about that.  The good news is that nodody seems to notice with the way I dress.

Yes I agree Jill that dressing in a certain can take the eye away from it.
