Title: Great Damn Day Today
Post by: Wynternight on January 08, 2015, 01:51:23 PM
No sleep last night + progesterone + no patients until noon = an ongoing battle to stay awake today.

The only thing keeping me awake is the muscle I pulled in my back this morning.

Yeah, been a great flipping day so far.

Sends over a personal massage artist.

Sorry for crappy day, seems many of them going around lately.

Maybe darn or extremely bad.. day would be more neutral in subject.

Just saying try and relax, stay awake and relax when home.

Hugs

I work a second shift after this one ends so no rest for me until about 1100 tonight. :(

Good news is the back pain is pretty much gone unless I move the wrong way.

Tonight is a sleeping pill night!

That's a bummer about the not sleeping. Is that a common thing or was it just a one off. I was having trouble waking up in the middle of the night for an hour or two pretty much for the last four months. Stopped almost as soon as I went on vacation from my very stressful job. :-\

**hugs**

Thank you all. Today was much better. My sleeping pill made me insensate for seven hours and work was pretty good. I was exhausted when I got home but a two hour nap did wonders.
