It seems that most, but not all can.

Well that seems 50/50 to me. I suppose there's only one way to find out. good luck and do tell of results. This may be good news for some on here

Most surgeons seem to suggest that if you can orgasm before GRS, you will likely be able to after; I'm not sure anyone's put a concrete statistic to it, but the vast majority of post-op trans women I've known have been at least as functional afterward.

(And yes, I can; it happened 3 weeks post-op while dreaming, but it took me a few months to figure out the new bits when I was awake.  Still, I have no complaints.)

Keep in mind that something like 75% of cis women can't orgasm from intercourse alone, too. ;) So if they need a little help beyond a guy jackhammering away... it's normal and expected that some trans women might too.

Hopefully scientific advances will allow us to have a lab grown vagina made from our own cells by then!

As a male, I could always orgasm. Once on HRT, about 80% of the time. Now, post-op, I haven't been able to do it all, though stimulation still feels good.

The standard answer is "everyone is different."

That said, it has been said that if you practice, you won't lose the ability.

Yes, gloriously. Thank you Dr. Brassard.

I'll third what Kim and Jenna Marie said. I don't have any problems at all having them. It took me a year and a half, but I wasn't really putting any effort into it. I was a little bit like "hmm, maybe I won't be able to" but it hasn't been a problem. I went to Brassard the summer of 2012.

Results seemingly vary from individual to individual, many will cite various ratios.

I was able to after 3months or so, it's become gradually easier since then however I still cannot from vaginal stimulation. I'm told this is fairly typical.
