I worked with this woman some many years ago, she retired a couple of years after I started and went off to live with her hubby by the coast. Several years later I worked with another woman, although she was presenting as male at the time and I had no idea she was trans until I heard, a few years after she moved on, that she had transitioned. Very likely she hadn't even come out to herself as trans while she was working at the same place as me.
A few years ago the first woman's hubby passed away. A year later, guess who she's in a relationship with? That's right, the trans woman!
Although both of them worked at the same place it was years apart and they didn't know or meet each other through that. They met through internet dating... both in their sixties, probably seventies. I believe (though I don't know for sure, this is only gossip) both their families think they are bonkers!! They've been together for three or four years now.
So there you have it, it can and does happen. Love can be found.

You show great proof.
I say it will happen when you least expect it.
Just need to understand when it happens.
That's so uncanny, but kinda sweet too

That's amazing! Shows just how small the world is.
The world is massively, beyond belief huge. Its beautiful how many new people you can meet when you open up to it. Its all interconnected, thats how society works; its amazing how many realationships and patterns emerge from seeming chaos when you start weaving yourself into the web of humanity too.
What a cool story.
Progressive politics, warm and compassionate thoughts, discussion of emergent patterns in giant networks, the law of large numbers, chaos, is it just me or are transgirls crazy smart? its like people from the future or something. ive yet to run accross a thread where anyone was saying anything horribly dumb. we rock!
What a great story!
