Title: Bottom Surgery + Keeping Vagina ?

[...] Since I want to still have a penis, but don't want to do urethral lengthening, I want to see about keeping my vagina (for sexual function as well) and getting a phallo just for the visual confirmation of my masulinity and sexual function.

Does anyone have any info on this? I've seen it several places that surgeons refuse to just do phallo and keep a vagina. I'm interested in any type of bottom surgery + keeping vagina combinations/options. This would probably mean no testicular implants but rather metoidioplasty or something similar.

I think it's possible if you just opt out for the vaginectomy, but from what I've heard, some surgeons don't reccomend keeping a hole there (maybe because of drainage issues).  I believe Dr. Crane gives you the option to keep or close the hole.

No, I mean to keep my vagina just as it is, and on top of that, have some modification done to my clit to make it bigger. I've achieved a big growth just by being on T but I've been wondering if it's possible to only have surgery on the clit area, and leave everything else as is

You might want to look into getting a "simple release" metoidioplasty then, where they can adjust the clit in a more male like position, but keep the other stuff unaffected if you choose.  It wouldn't get bigger though.

My understanding is it totally depends on the surgeon. Some will do pretty much a combination of anything. Almost any surgeon would a simple meta and keep the vagina. That's pretty simple to do, my understanding.
