I'm having SRS with Dr. Meltzer in a couple months. I'm currently exercising, and eating healthy. I have everything ready, but any suggestions would be great! God bless you!
I recommend drinking a lot of water (128 oz/day) and cutting out caffeine. No smoking, of course. I would also recommend taking up some sort of meditation and breathing practice. it really helps calm you and lower blood pressure / heart rate.
