Title: coffee? or estradiol "jitters"? - anyone experience this?

had my first injection last night - an upgrade from my first patch a couple days prior. SUPER JITTERY TODAY !~@##$%^#$#@$%
not much of a coffee drinker but had a cup today. but that was 9hrs ago! Anyone experience jitters/nervousness on E injections?

Track and see your doctor or ER if gets worst

If you rarely ever eat or drink things that contain caffeine its more than likely the caffeine. Its just like drinking a beer after weeks, months, or even years of having no alcohol; you'll get a buzz.

I doubt its the E. Experience: I felt like I was on speed (not that I have any first hand experience with that) for almost 10 hours when I took a full doze of Hydroxycut Hardcore; never again.
