My name is Nelly - but is still called Olle. I haven't done a name change yet. But I'm trying to become comfortable with my new name Nelly.. sooo haha :)
I'm 20 years old from Sweden. Born a boy - but always felt like a female. However I was born with a Single ventricular heart condition. So I had several open heart surgery as a child.. to reconstruct my heart.. and basically grew up my first 4-5 years on a hospital... Anyways, I've always felt like a girl.. wanted to be like my sister. When I was 14 I found about transsexualism.. I made a whole bunch of research.. and I realized that because of my heart condition.. I couldn't go trough with it.. so I dropped it.. suppressed it. I graduated and I was 19.. I travled to Asia, and moved to America Chicago for 6 months.. then back to Sweden to study.. but I couldn't stand it.. I had to become a girl.. So I called the clinic in Sweden who takes care of all the transgender.. the talked and looked into my chart.. and said that there is no problem for me to go through with the process.. except that the anestsia at the SRS will be at a higher risk for me.
Soo... now I'm doing this. It's gonna take 9-12 months to get a diagnosis. Then after you get that.. your RLE start and you get hormones.. then after 1 year RLE you get all the surgery... I couldn't wait.. I started Hormones 4 days ago.. on my own. I got to do this.. I do not wanna become more male.
I'm still nervous over my result tho.. so I crossdress at night. This is me:

Hi - you look gorgeous. I would urge you very strongly to reconsider self medication. Self medding is dangerous enough but your heart condition will potentially place you at a very high risk of complications. Better to suffer a bit of delay than potentially wreck your chances of safely living the life you want to.
You do look pretty stunning already...
I can only agree with Ms Grace on the subject of HRT and self medication... These drugs are Steriods and as such carry a lot of risk... I guess however after all the trauma as a child, and you are brave, I can understand the taking a risk factor, however given the delicacy of your heart etc I would be inclined to hold off until you can get them under monitored and supervised care.

You already look quite passable. You will not need any FFS, which is very expensive and very painful. BTW, because you features are so feminine that you already look quite passable, have you looked into the possibility of having some type of intersex condition?
Don't tell your sister, but I think you are better looking
Let the HRT work it's magic, I doubt you will need anything more than SRS as far as surgery goes

Thank you so much :). Luckily we get all surgery we want for free in Sweden after diagnosis. However, I feel like my length 5ft 10 isn't that much fun haha.. Nothing I can do about it tho haha.. and no I have not been looking into that since.. I know for sure that this is what I am.
