Title: The missing fourchette with Suporn, Chettawut etc.
Post by: Apple on February 21, 2015, 03:26:19 PM
When looking at the results of Thai surgeons, I get the impression that the vaginal entrance is hole-like because the joining of the left and right labia below the vagina - the posterior fourchette - is missing. On the other hand, US and European surgeons do not omit the fourchette and thus the vaginal entrance usually looks better. I wondered why don't the Thais make the fourchette as well, given that they are usually better in the look of other parts of the vulva?

Then I looked up some pictures of vulvas of South-East Asian genetic women and I have the impression that the fourchette is sometimes missing or insignificant in them, in comparison to European women, though I'm really not sure about this. But maybe that could be the reason why Suporn, Chettawutt etc. do not make the fourchette: they are making a South-East Asian vulva, not a European one!

One more detail suggests in favour of this theory: Suporn uses the penile skin, which is hairless, for both labia minora and majora. European women tend to have a lot of hair on labia majora, but South-East Asian women tend to have much less (everywhere). So using hairless penile skin can be ok when building a South-East Asian vulva...

This is all just a theory, I'm not criticising anybody. What do you think?

I'm a Chet's girl. pussy looks like pussy and regardless of the entrance appearance everything looks alright (3D ) . I can't say I am dissapointed by the results.

So it seems I didn't stress it enough: I know that Suporn's and Chett's results look GREAT. It's just one minor complaint that I seem to hear repeatedly (about the fourchette) and my post is only about this one minor thing.

That seems plausible, but it's also possible that it's something about the technique or the skin used in which area... still, I had no idea that the presence of the fourchette varied by ethnicity! That's fascinating.

Supron does it as a revision at least one year post-op, and its not done earlier as it won't stand up to dilation.

I've no idea why this is different to other surgeons.

if you're searching for it, try commissure as well as fourchette.

Yeah, I've heard from several girls about going back after 1 year for the commissure with Suporn. Others, say they like it as it. I guess it's a matter of preference. I don't blame those that do go back for that perfection since Suporn does guarantee unlimited revisions for free, no questions asked.

Vaginas, whether biological females or transwomen, they come in all different shapes and sizes.
