Title: First laser hair removal session
Post by: ameliato on February 22, 2015, 06:24:36 AM
I have heard mixed things about laser hair removal on the face. After one session is there a hairless period on the area that has been treated?

I have been told at the clinic that no the hairs treated could fall out but there will be no hairless period, but am reading online that yes there is for around two months. Just wondering what the results for others has been once the initial shedding period has occurred. I am not out yet and wonder if I will have to find an explanation should I be hairless on the face for a while.

Thanks for your input.

It's not hairless really just more sparse as some grows in the interim and not all will shed and fall out.

Hi Kate,

Thank you for your response. I can deal with sparse, but had a bit of a panic when I thought I might totally be fem faced before I have truly/totally outed myself. Regardless, this is what I want, and don't care what people will say at this point. But still not ready to announce it visually yet I guess.
