Hello ladies,
i was wondering if any one has any great reccommendations or suggestions when it comes to breast augmentation? Type, shape, under/over muscle, high/med/low profile, point of entry.
I know there are many differences between breast augmentation of a MTF with natal females, what exactly they are, I dont know?
Id appreciate your help so much!

I found that link while researching breast aug. It's got a lot of good info. The rib cage and chests are often much broader/bigger in trans women. Another issue is how long you've been on hrt. I'm of the opinion that you should at least be on hrt for 3-4 years before getting breast aug since you want your breasts to be as matured as possible to get good results. There's also the option of gradually increasing your cup size with smaller implants then later on getting bigger implants to create a more natural look, if you still don't develop a good amount of breast tissue from hrt.

I will say this. Having had a BA years ago I don't give them any thought. I do know they make a great place to hide a weapon between, or when you fall they are good padding. Aside from that they are just there......
