guys what do you think about this, they could do something similar with ftm penis

Looks like its a good option for a lot of F to Ms. Surgical advancements are incredible. The implants won't migrate from gravity. The old forearm flaps tended look thicker at the end of the penis years later. Both girth and length are lost. The new implants would make a difference in appearance even after a long period of time.

Basically all they are doing is placing something under the surface of the skin to increase the girth. It's not an increase in length.

even an increase in girth would be good for the older, undetailed grafts that are simply skin and tend to lose girth with atrophy over the years. I'd go for it.
