I'm wondering a few things about having an orchi prior to GRS...
Specifically in Australia...
- Do I need to get any psych evals? One, two, none?
- Will any orchi surgeon do the trick or is a GRS specialist preferred?
- Probable costs?
Generally- What's the average recovery time?
- Post surgery care regime?
- Presumably you come off Spiro afterwards - any adverse effects re blood pressure or water retention
- How does the libido fare?
- Is it likely to make any difference at GRS stage for neo-vag materials?
- Does it make tucking easier?
- Your overall happiness with the procedure?

WPATH 7 says 2 referrals just like SRS.
Suporn won't always do SRS after an orchi. Its got to be done a very specific way. I don't know about other surgeons.
I think I've read somewhere that some people have to continue anti-androgen for a while afterwards. I don't recall how common this might be.
