I received the breast form I'd waited almost a month for today, and now that I've got it on, I'm extremely disappointed. It's not even remotely believable. I paid $300 for this stupid thing, and I feel like I got ripped off.
This is it on their page:

I don't have any pictures of what I wound up with yet, but it's NOT that. There's no cleavage, it won't stay in place, and it's not even a realistic skin shade - it's immediately obvious that I'm wearing something made of silicone.
Thankfully, the company has a seven-day return policy. I'm going to ship it back and use the refund to buy something different, but I need recommendations. It took me months just to find this stupid thing.
I used the under 50$ silicone ones sold at Macy's, Bon Ton and Victoria Secrets. (This was in 2004)
Used them and even through my work year around men trying to accidently checking me out. :icon_suspicious:
Even had a water bra I bought in Walmart.
Its just making up space in a bra.
My story.
I don't have any of those stores in my area. Seriously, not even a Macy's. That's why I was ordering off the internet in the first place haha
Ok here is a general idea,
Use a older bra also in place of ball.

If I were you I'd just get one of these in whatever cup size you need. That's what I did back at the start of hrt and prehrt. They're pretty cheap by comparison too and totally do the job with a padded bra.

Pals.
supergelproducts.com, I think it was
These are IMHO the best on the market, and you can even sleep with them on.
$300 is too much. I paid $75 at glamourboutique.com (don't know if they're still in business) a couple years ago. I can't imagine you'd need to pay more than $100.
A lot of the online stores try to get you to buy really expensive ones. I would go for the cheap ones.
I use the ones from Janet's closet and i am happy with what i got
the one i got are like 60 bucks and you can order online
heres a link to the ones i got

i bought mine at walmart for $15 .. and even after my BA i still use them on nights out when i want them really big lol
Just a padded bra isn't enough? I never bothered with falsies, just seemed like too much trouble for something no one is going to see and never felt I needed the extra weight.
I would look around on amazon, they probably won't look very real, but you can always find some that you can put makeup/paint if you have to. I've seen some with nice reviews for around 40 USD
After a bit of shopping around. I bought these
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004GP05TQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Here's my review.
I do not glue them to my chest or try to make them look skin color. They are quite stealth under my clothing. Just slipping them into the cups and they don't seems to run around anywhere unless I'm sleeping.
When in use I cannot wear any kind of push up bra. I bought a 60$ VS bombshell bra awhile back that I really was in love with.. Only to find out I cannot wear it with my forms. sad day.
To create cleavage, I use a NuBra. Works wonders. And together the forms and NuBra get me a lot of compliments from girls thinking my boobs are real.
I've only been wearing the forms full time for about 2 months so I cannot judge their lasting quality. But after 2 months of doing pretty much everything with them on.. They haven't changed shape or become worn.
(Logging, running, house cleaning, sexytime) nothing has hurt them yet.
I highly reccomend these forms in your proper size. I will be purchasing 2 extra pair for my wardrobe. One same size. And one a size up. that hopefully will last me until surgery.

Well, as far as cleavage goes, I'm completely flat, no hope whatsoever for that. But thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I see now that I really overpaid.

I'm completely flat as well. I'm still pre HRT :D just gotta work some magic with a NuBra and you'll do just fine darlin! Good luck!

You are so not! [jealousy intensifies] I wouldn't even know where to begin!
I bought my fantastic breast forms on ebay. Cost me $50. Of course, I have since put a hole in each one with a dodgy underwire, but the price is low enough that I can buy another set (or three).
I usually use some sports tape to form a bit of cleavage if I'm wearing something with a low neck, though this is getting less necessary recently.
I think my $50 ones are probably much the same as what you ended up with though, because there is no way these are anything but silicone in a bag if they're seen!
Lots of good suggestions here, wish I had thought to ask before I got mine. =P I was too shy back then anyways. In general you can find them anywhere online surprisingly, and the more your willing to pay the better they will look. If you can avoid low cut shirts I've seen some as low as 30 on amazon, but they won't be fooling anyone if your shirt drops too low. If no one has suggested it a site called Glamour Boutique has really nice ones that occasionally go on sale. Happy hunting, =P

I'm with you, my cleavage didn't look that good when I was flat with breastforms. Heck it doesn't look that good now, though I guess I stopped using the forms so maybe that doesn't count. =P

That's kinda the issue. I want to be able to go out wearing sexy clothes, stuff that I definitely couldn't wear with just a regular ol' pair of "chicken cutlets", as I've heard them called. I actually have a very risque sense of style, I'm just nowhere near built for it :icon_userfriendly:
Lots of women have this problem, that's why you can find what I first used at Target, Walmart, or K-mart. It's the water filled A-to-B and B-to-C cup bra fillers. I used the A-to-B cup pads in either a 38B with a band extender or 40B. The only thing about the pabs is they're not that big and they don't have the proper mass or a real form. So, I purchased the #5 (40C) form from glamour boutique, that's on sale. I think I paid all of $57 for it with shipping. It's what I'm wearing in my profile picture. I found out about this through a friend's blog:
