All I know is that my eyes look different. I can't quite pin down how exactly though, or whether it's just facial changes. Even if I cover my (shaped) eyebrows they look different.
So what is it exactly?
The lens of the eyes change in curvature.
Also, I have Dennie-Morgan lines underneath my eyes, and HRT has greatly reduced their appearance.
Additionally, not fully related, but it seems that HRT changes colour perception.
I have Asian monolid eyelids, but in the past week, they have started to crease and turn into double eyelids. My dad has monolids, but my mom has double eyelids, so I my eyes are starting to look more like her's. I also noticed that in general, my eyes are more open and look bigger.

Looking back on old pics of me I can see this change in my eyes, from smaller guy eyes to wider female eyes - maybe caused by a fat reduction around my eyes? Also, the whites of my eyes seem to be whiter now for some reason. They also seem far more sensitive to bright light than before.
our eyes always look happier, its the biggest change I notice
My eyes have changed colour from a dark brown to a greeny brown in a ring from the outside inwards

My eyes went from green with a small amount of brown on the inner part of the iris to blue green with a very tiny amount of brown.
I look back on some old pics and compare to today. It seems as though my eyes are more "open" now although that could be just an illusion.
I don't know I've always had wide eyes, but maybe I've not been on hrt long enough to see a difference. Also, I have my mom's eyes, the same shape and same color, so maybe they will not change.

I have been thinking I might see this. What I notice is that I think I see more white around the iris than I remember. It's a little hard to tell because once I start looking at my eyes, it's hard to just open them naturally, but I do think something is different.

Well said, Nicole :)
What? Nobody else got x-ray vision?
Eyes wide open, and colour perception changed. Massively. From the world appearing a bleak monochrome place,to brilliant colour. High definition and 3D no less. :D. Sounds weird,I know, but that's the truth of it.
My eyes seem bigger and have become green in color. I don't recall them being green before that point.

No, but I can see for miles and miles and miles. Oh, yeah!
My eyes have gotten wider, maybe from loss of subcutaneous fat, maybe because, with less stress my forehead isn't furled anymore.

Depression causes the "bleak, monochrome" thing, but it could be structural, too, I suppose.
Yeah. I was on double strength antidepressants for over a decade before hrt,and still going downhill. I even had my end date planned. Within 2 months of starting,I had completely weaned myself of them. I think I notified my doctor about 8 months later.
Three years later, life is still wonderful. ☺

Funny. Mine have always been a sorta brownish/olive green. Last week, I thought they looked more toward green. Maybe, though they always varied depending on the light / surroundings. It'd be pretty exciting if they changed.
I hope I get candy apple red.
My eyes were always on the brown end of the scheme coming in. I hope you get your wish the candy apple red eyes :)

my eyes have always been interesting. will be more interesting to see what happens to them over the next few months-years.
Before forehead reconstruction & rhinoplasty, I didn't notice a change in my eyes. My eyes are blue, and always have been, but for some reason, in pictures they appear darker, but it's probably due to the lighting.
Interesting to hear that they can change at all with HRT, I didn't know they could. :o
Mine have been a dark brown tone since as far as I can remember, I don't remember their color before puberty though. (But my hair did change a lot with puberty, it used to be straight and pretty, amazon-like; T messed it up completely, to the point I couldn't even grow it out before HRT without it looking ridiculous)
Maybe my eyes have gotten a little wider, or maybe I'm just looking at the world with less apathy now, can't tell. I've been on HRT for almost a year now, and haven't noticed any significant differences on that area, like X-ray vision. I'll be sure to pay attention to it from now on.
One of the first changes that me and my ex-noticed since I started HRT at about week 3 was my eyes. Neither of us could put our finger on exactly what changed, but it was definitely in the eyes. It was so weird. It's like you see the same thing in the mirror for years, so the slightest change pops out. But yes I believe your eyes def change!! I started HRT only 4 weeks ago.

After just over 3 months on HRT,I have noticed my eyes now have a beautiful blue reflective glow to them. They look caring and definitely female.I have heard that the changes estrogen brings about in the lens of the eyes is responsible for this. Its great! :)
I have eyes that wil steal your soul....That is how mine changed.
All joking aside, I went to my Optometrist last week and got a significantly changed prescription. But I am 67 years old. :embarrassed: Am I falling apart or just one foot in the grave?

Yes...deliver those stolen souls to The Devyl. >:-)
I have been on HRT since September 2016 my eyes now shoot lazer beams. I wasn't expecting this change and wearing the visor I have to wear now kinda sucks.....
Mine are less sleepy looking and look bigger and bluer. Probably facial fat change.
My vision actually got worse, I needed a stronger prescription after having the same one for years and years. So I believe HRT changed my vision.
At about six weeks, I noticed changes in my eyes and lips. The lips, I could tell, were thicker. I can't quite tell what the difference is in the eyes, but they definitely look more feminine.
