Title: I need advice on a good bust minimizer
Post by: Christine167 on April 04, 2015, 06:09:10 PM
So things have been progressing but I am not full time yet. As it is I have to wear a pull over bagging fleece, hoody or certain jackets to cover up my breasts. I'm looking for something like a sports bra or other minimizer that won't damage my developing breasts. They are still A cup size but are growing and filling in. Summer will be here soon and wearing jackets and hoodies is probably not going to work in 90-105F degree weather.

For others in my situation what works for you?

Layers girl.  Layers.  You can work the sports bra but that won't cut it under a t-shirt if you are trying to not be spotted.
I wear what I want to hold the girls up and then a t-shirt and a button up over that.  Then the key factor is to take your shoulders forward.  It's not really a hunch but you can't have a straight back or bam.  I have been blessed with a decent pair (36C) even though I started late and it isn't easy to try and keep them down.  During the summer I use a lighter button up but still, there is no single layer that I can wear anymore if trying to pass as a male.

Don't get me wrong.  I'd be much happier being out and about as it were but I have a bargain with my wife to I work as a male and that we socialize with me as a male.  Well, kinda.  I keep getting read as a woman at stores and restaurants (yea!) even when I am doing my damnedest to try and pass male.

When looking for a bra to go invisible under clothes I like racerbacks.  There isn't a bulge in the back and I don't have to keep adjusting.  I know others here like alternative styles but I can make these pretty invisible.  Good luck.

Thanks! I was just looking at a racer back sports bra. Do you use the uni-boob style or the ones with individual cups?

I've been giving this a lot of thought myself lately as sweatshirt weather is coming to an end here...  For me I'm thinking part time living is nearing its end (hopefully)....  I don't know how much longer I can stand it anyway.

But until then I wear sports bras.  I get the ones at target made by champion, they fit well and are comfortable.  They're pretty inexpensive too.  They are racer back style.

For work I use a patterned shirt with stripes and an under shirt to be somewhat effective. When I wear solid color shirts and an under shirt I am more noticeable.

Yesterday I put the trash out, I was wearing a striped thin cotton pullover shirt (it was 50 degrees out) and when I came in my wife and daughter were sitting in the family room and my wife said, "it is cold out". I said why and she said your nipps are showing; also, you are bouncing around when you walk. So this summer will be interesting.

When I work out at the gym (LGBT gym and very safe) I wear a sports bra with individual cups from maiden form.

I am probably an A+ cup and need to get fitted very soon.

Definitely not uniboob as that jumps out more.  Avoid shaped cups if trying to sneak by.  Lightly lined medium support.  Avoid sports bras that have adjustable straps because the slider thing is visible even through layers.
Also, don't get something that smashes the girls flat.  You just want to alter the shape during the day.  When you wear nothing they rather lead the way so to speak.  When you get a comfortable and decent sports bra then they are closer to pecs and don't perk so much.

If the nips start to jump then you need some lining.  I have several types and no favorites here.  Shopping is fun so just get an idea of what to get and look around.

I was having similar thoughts that I was showing too much but was told by my partner it wasn't as bad as I thought.
Looking down or certain angles in the mirror make appear bigger than they are, after my partner assured me I wore"stiffer" larger tees, and still feel comfortable single layered outside.14c btw.

So a good friend of mine let me try on one of her sports bras and yeah that works. I now own one and am testing to make sure that I don't feel awful after a few hours of having it on.
Under armor, racer back, compression with wicking fabric. Very nice and I can get away with wearing just a couple of tshirts.
