So for the most part I've always passed relatively easily, but for some reason today it seems like every one's clocking me. I'm not sure if something's in the air here? Did literally everyone wake up on the wrong side of the bed? Do I have something on my face?! Not only are they clocking or negative looks, but they're almost looks of disgust, and just straight up rude. None of us are any different. We've ALL no matter our gender or non-gender or if we're transitioning or not transitioning got these looks. But today does it has to be everyone?
Don't get me wrong though, I really couldn't care if they do (I'm contradicting myself with this post), I just keep a smile on my face and remember to treat others how I'd like to be treated.
Unfortunatly no matter how much I'd love to just yell out at them at the top of my lungs about how many problems there are in this messed up world that they should focus on rather than some annoyingly immature superficial attitude worrying about how someone looks, and tell them who the hell cares if someone's transitioning or not... I can't... I'm at work and my job has me dealing directly with patients in a hospital, many times telling them that their loved one is recovering just fine.
Can the end of this shift come any sooner?! And thanks for letting me rant!
