Title: embarassing question.
Post by: amber roskamp on April 21, 2015, 08:16:31 AM
Ok a rather embarrassing question. Did anyone have any weird penis sensation. Like kinda like a shaking / vibration thing going on. It just happens randomly and has nothing to do with arousal. Also I am having slight pain down there. Is that a sign of starting to lose functionality? Or is it some kind of health issue?

Hi Amber, hmmm, I've detected slight vibrations, used to think it was my Mobile phone on silent... hard to pick if its penis (already tiny as and non-functional) or the way I stand and slight upper leg vibration, maybe caused by a slightly trapping nerve.
Thanks for making me think about it again  :-*

If I come up with an answer I'll let you know...

Well mine is most definitely coming from the penis lol. It is fairly constant now that is why I am worried enough to ask about it on a public forum.

Sorry I made u think about it again :(

Penile muscle atrophy. Will become painful when engorged.

Female hormones are serious bizness yo!

Lol thanks evelyn. I was thinking it was that, but no one ever said what penile atrophy actually felt like.

Can't say that I felt vibrations but there was a tingling sensation off and on, and the skin down there has gotten very thin and delicate. And shrinkage. Lots of shrinkage. As Evelyn pointed out female hormones are serious stuff.

I'm not really worried about that stuff. I actually expected it. I just was worried about having some health issues. I think it's nothing just hormones doing their thing..... To my thing lol....

Ive noticed that as well. It feels kinda like it wants to get aroused, but then it just gives up and stops lol. Definitely not atrophy on my part, still works like a charm except now its when its convenient for me ;)

I don't know if it's related, but I have noticed a similar feeling in my genitalia.

When I am thinking of something very sweet, I get a warm feeling at the base. It's hard to describe, it does not last more than 1 or 2 seconds, there is no rigidity or anything like that. Just a very warm and pleasant feeling.

Anyone else??

Yesh. Most likely this is because your body is not telling these organs to do anything so they start to shut down and then we feel SO much better.

Umm. Good luck with being orgasmic post-op then.. There are those that have healthy libidos and no issues with using the genitals they have.

Well gee, I haven't felt anything! And I don't really notice any shrinkage (except in the testes and its, umm container) but it was pretty small to begin with.

I can still get aroused but the feeling is the same as it was before mostly.

Which is totally fine!

Sorry if what I said didn't make sense.  Actually what I meant was I just feel better that they are not producing testosterone.

Lol Kate it's ok. I still get erect as well worry. And I haven't noticed shrinkage yet either. Just strange tingling sensations.

Like Eva Marie;
Hrt has done wonders down there for me. When I started again on HRT i discovered that mtg T Levels were very very low and in fact I hadn't really had erections for many years. Now after 2 years on HRT I have had a great deal of shrinkage  and my Testicles are really just like very tiny  tomatoes (or large peas) and my "P" has come very thin and wispy looking. Its very interesting for me, because now I can only sit down in the toilet and going to the stalls (when I am forced to dress as a male) its very difficult to find and its really embarrassing anyway because basically its so tiny.  This actually worries me if I ever have SRS. Also I have noticed the skin has become quite thin and any use of it (on the rare occasion that I feel a need to touch it), its become quite painful to use. So I suspect thats the HRT doing its magic. Mind you tucking and presenting especially in a new halter next one piece high high cut swimsuit that I got for summer looks so much better as basically I am really very tiny there now!

Note for anyone wanting to keep the size, or maybe grow for some reason down there while going m2f.  My t level is in the single digits, I had a bilateral orch.  But I have fibrosis in my lungs, which the treatment for is is sididifil which is viagra (3x a  day) and o2.  This does not cause 24/7 erections thank god (not even morning erections), but I was expecting shrinkage.  I can still get it hard when I try, orgasm is another thing (impossible) that way.  But it has gained more thickness and maybe a little longer!  Luckily my transcrotal hole I made can hide it all when I tuck, but this was rather disappointing.  Guess my wife is happy still:)  im hoping the gastric bypass will help me cut back on such meds so things can change?  Otherwise im still hoping for an srs someday before I cant have surgery anymore..

As for that twitch, is it just on the shaft just below the head?  Sometimes I get that or I get the legs sleeping feeling there..

The one thing I noticed before surgery is my body was convinced I had a vagina instead of a penis so I was thrown through a weird loop

i've actually noticed the same thing for the past couple of weeks. maybe its due to shrinkage? because i lost like 1 to 2 inches down there. whenever i do decide to tuck, i cant feel anything at all, like it just disappeared and i had parts men would kill to have lol
