every time I log in I am being informed that I have one unread message. When checking, though, I have no messages that I haven't already deleted. Is anyone else having this problem?
Hi Jaelilthe,
I can not see if there is a new message waiting in your box or if your message box has a message waiting.
A senior GM or Admin will need to review your account.
Dis you try a page refresh or delete computer internet history and temporary internet files?
It has been a problem for a few people. I had it but not any more. I believe the problem is being looked at. Try deleting or moving your most recent messages.

Problem solved.
Maybe this will help. Even after marking all as read, there is still showing one unread message. My inbox is empty, every message has been deleted, but it still registers this and I get the pop-up notification every time I log in.
Jaelithe, I would try closing your browser and possibly your browser cache and cookies may need clearing to clear the issue up especially if the method Susan mentioned doesn't work.

link clicked, cache and cookies cleared. Still getting a notification of an unread message that does not exist x.x
Jaelithe a senior GM or an admin will have to take a look at your account. I will pass on to them to see what they can do for you. Hugs

Thank you, it's not a critical error, just obnoxious ^^;
huh, I don't know if one of you did something magical, or it just went away, but the problem seems to have been resolved! Thank you for the assistance!
I told it to recount totals.
My message count went from about 3500 to 1400, any idea why that happened?
Hugs, Devlyn
There was a large number of pm's cached. I believe that has been cleared and archived, not enough room to store them.
But my knowledge of computers and programs could be written on a pinhead so I'm probably wrong. But something like that.
OK, thanks!
