Title: I cannot send or reply to personal messages. Why?

I got a message from a global moderator since I have an old account that should be deleted. Umm how can I handle this situation. Sorry Cynthia this is why I have not been able to reply back to you.

Did you had several accounts and were asked which one you wished to keep?

Sorry, not an accusation just trying to get to the bottom of it. I know there was a member today in that situation.
