Title: High-waisted pants
Post by: MugwortPsychonaut on May 03, 2015, 05:53:22 PM
I have a pair of women's pants that I like to wear when I skate. They're soft and baggy, but not so soft that they'll rip like sweatpants. I was perfectly content with these, until somebody at my work pointed out that I was wearing them wrong.

"You're wearing your pants down low, like a skater. They're supposed to be high-waisted. They'll make your butt look good that way."

Another friend chimed in: "And when you wear them up high, they'll help you develop a skinny waist over time, like a corset."

Okay, so they do make my butt look nice when they're up high like that, but now the legs are too short for me. Not to mention the hellacious camel toe -- er, moose knuckle -- that's protruding from my crotch!

And besides, I'm a skateboarder. I think wearing my pants "like a skater" is how I'm supposed to do it.

Your friends are just giving an opinion. I say wear what you want how you want. It's nice to get advice from others though as its all helpful information. Jx
