Girl scouts is still for only girls, and being a girl is not optional, they want to open it to trans girls, who are girls, so there is no issue here, those Cristian Women Fundamentalist need to not be on tv ever again.

They have nothing to do because their world views are too narrow, and unfortunately, we bear the burden of broadening them.
Girl Scouts should *obviously* be open to transgender girls. A girl is a girl, end of story. Though this (much needed) policy change will make me more inclined to buy those Thin Mints... *mmm... cookies...*
They pretty much have to go after us. Who else is there?
Black folks, Latino, immigrants, Catholics, Muslims, etc. - it's no longer socially acceptable to spread hate toward these groups. It just wouldn't fly.
Even gay people are no longer P.C. to bash.
When you need people to be afraid of SOMEONE in order for them to give you a following, I'm afraid we're all that's left.
I know, right? We start to espouse concepts such as tolerance, compassion, inclusiveness and empathy and suddenly one day, *BAM!!!* we all turn into pinko commie Joe Stalin wannabes.
So make sure you hold on to that last barely socially acceptable bit of hate and bigotry before Old Glory gets replaced by a hammer and sickle, because we know from history that LGBT acceptance leads to a totalitarian communist state.

Actually, there are the green eyed, left handed, lactose intolerant people. A pretty shifty bunch if you ask me...

Um, I'm green eyed, was mostly left handed until I broke my left wrist and have difficulty with milk products. Please, please don't throw me under the bus! ;)

But its really for the greater good, there can't be that many of you people anyway.
Fox news continues setting the example on how not to report on transgender news.... Or any news for that matter.
They are just afraid that people are going to find out transgender people arent scary (at least most of us. some of us :icon_yikes: jk jk). And they like to portray progress in the " oh what is this world coming to kind of way" because that's the way their audience thinks. So they create an issue out of something that is not even an issue. They spread fear around all marginalized groups. Demonize marginalised groups by saying we have an agendas, or they use reverse racism and say minorities are racist towards white people. They say that feminist are militant.
All the while they promote ideas that only benefit straight rich white males. They show different cleaning items and tell women how they can use them to clean the house, which would be fine if they made it general nuetral. they are constantly victim blaming when ever a black person is murdered by police. They tell women what we should do with our bodies. They think every Muslim is a terrorist. I could go on but I don't b remember anything else that stuck out from watching it last Saturday.....

I disagree that they aren't spreading hate towards other groups. Just watch them report on Ferguson or Baltimore. Listen to them speak about gay marriage, immigration or the middle-east. It's all fear mongering.

There are hundreds of thousands of us, but we hide it in fear of discrimination. Many of us don't realize we're left handed until we're much older. :D

Why Not? Cis Girls have successively invaded Boy Scouts.
no girls are involved in the venture crew which is a separate part of boy scouts. you only find females in boy scouts if they are troop leaders and not actual scouts
