seriously, i feel fat. chocolate doughnuts, slurpees, fries, burgers and such. i've never really eaten much but lately my boredom as gone into overdrive so i've been eating more and more and now i feel fat :'(
You could change a few simple things like eat veggies and popcorn for a month and take a walk every evening before bed. Even if your weight don't change much, you might just feel some peace from the walking.
popcorn? isn't that like fatty butter? lol. yes, I need to walk more. during the summer time I'll go bike riding more. I wish I could go swimming but I don't have a shirt to swim in and I'm not going bare chested. its not my weight but its like my bulimia is trying to making a come back

Popcorn itself is okay. It's what you add to it that makes it fatty.
