I was registered on the forums more than a few years ago but left for a couple of reasons.
Unlike the first time, I won't go into my "story" as I learned the first time that no one likes unpleasantries.
So, I just wanted to say "hi" and you'll probarbly see me lurking around from time to time.
p.s. Hugs Janet, I am so glad you are still on here.

Blue Mountains here :)
No way? very near Penrith... myself
oh wow
I am just up at katoomba, less than an hour from penrith.
You would have felt the chill today.. brrrrrrrr
It was kind of cold today when you go out, but warm inside. It can get cold up here though, most years we get a few days of snow which is really nice to look outside and see. Just make sure I got the fires going and its realy very nice.
Summers very different too. Usually when you are around 39-40 in penrith, we are a lovely 26-28 so its a little trade off.
Nice, warm fire, glass of wine, soft blankets I miss those days...
I am a massive snow fan, dressed for it that is, every year I do the snow skiing thing, as much as I can get in, just love the mountains especially all covered in nice fluffy white stuff ;D
Had some friends from the UK over last July, went up to K and it was the coldest day ever, around 5C during the day.
But I could trade these temps down here, hmm maybe that's something to think of soon... hate the days over 35... apart from dipping in the pool...
oh, i know what you mean.
i don't miss the heat at all.

Yes I know, thats the other appealing part, especially if I get this role near Richmond...
