Hi Catandry. I can't give any solid, %100 this will work, advice. I don't want you to feel  like no body wants to help, though. So, I can suggest, try making an affirmation tape, in which you tell yourself the things you want to hear. Listen to it as you go to sleep, and you may possibly believe in yourself more. The results, as with many things, vary for each person. Just go in with an open mind, and  your affirmations may begin manifesting in your waking life before long. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, and I'm sorry you feel depressed. Best of luck to you.

Alright, I'm not sorry! lol. Seriously though, I'm happy I could at least provide some advice to you. I hope it helps. Stay strong, nobody can tell you who you are, except you.  :) Best of luck!
