Transitioning is one of the hardest part of coming out of your closet.. . Coz you're going to tell out loud to people who you really are.. It was a fun experience, coz I started with my eyebrow , and finally start HRT..
Maybe anyone can help me with these please...
I started taking <Not Allowed> at 27 ( but everytime I got attack by my asthma , I stopped for one month..) Now Im 31, I just switched of taking anti-androgen and estrogen two months ago.. I'm taking Aldactone (spirino something as my anti-androgen, and estrofem (estradiol , as my estrogen...
However, I just feel that the effect is very slow... I had my breast grow much bigger when I was taking <Not Allowed> but I really gained a lot of weight fats...
The good thing I notice , when taking these anti androgen and estrogen, I'm feeling lighter with my weight..
I don't know any Doctor in Manila that I can check .... anyone know's?
What's the good combination for HRT?

Welcome to Susan's :) Glad to have you here, join on in the fun
The only advise I can give is to find a Doctor to consult regarding HRT

Welcome to Susan's Aryana....
Can only echo, you need to discuss timelines and effects with your doctor.
Just bear in mind tho, that the speed of change is entirely dependent on your body, age, metabolism, genes and your endocrine systems... the changes tend to come in stages... most folks get started on low doses, measuring the effect on you via blood tests, gradually increasing to your optimum over a period of time.
Anyway look forward to seeing you about the forums...

Hi Aryana, Welcome to Susans. As others have said already it's best to consult a doctor they can't your body into account when it comes to HRT. Getting everything right so both the doctor and you are happy can take awhile. look forward to seeing you around the site. Good luck and Hugs
