At first, I though I can live with myself having a female body. However as I grow up, it started to dawn on me I can't stand the controversy of my self image, how I am physically and how society perceive me.
So I decided I will get surgery, I look up photos of surgeries on the net and, to be honest, was disappointed. It's weird, doesn't look as natural as I wanted, especially the Phalloplasty Surgery. Yes, if I were to undergo surgery, I would want a full one.
I have a strong sense of keeping things natural a full body surgery such as this one in the first place is not something I prefer. Then again, I imagine a lot of people don't like surgery, be it Gender reassignment or not.
So I'd like to know if... there is anyone who decides to not undergo surgery?
And how do you live with that, do you accept to impersonate a female, or?
If you did were you fully satisfied? Or were you still dysphoric, has other issues I didn't know of... Was it worth it to you? I'm really pondering these issues.
Correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know there's not just ONE big surgery for FTMs. That would be just way too taxing for the body to recover from. Of course, my experience stems only from how Finland handles things so I can't speak for everyone.
I've had top surgery and full hysterectomy so that already counts for two surgeries. I have opted not to undergo SRS as of now because I don't feel need for that. Because I am a man, this is a man's body despite of having non-typical under-the-belt region for a man. It's still all male from my perspective.

You are correct, there is not a full body surgery.
OP, having a body that has not had surgery does not mean one has to live as a female.
