Title: So I ran a little expiriment this weekend.... padded my bra
Post by: Eva Marie on May 24, 2015, 08:53:50 PM
I am naturally an "A" (maybe a B-) cup and I am OK (for now) with what mother nature has given me. However, I have been wondering what a little more would be like, so this weekend I picked up a C cup bra and some pads to fill it out. A C cup isn't enough to make me resemble Dolly Parton but it is large enough to look proportionate on my frame whereas my A cups don't.

Observations:

1.  Everyone suddenly noticed that there was something different about me but people didn't seem to know what the difference was.
2.  A male acquaintance that has never really paid much attention to me - paid attention. He kept looking at me and asked if I had "lost weight or something" and was hanging around being chatty with me.
3.  I felt a lot more "complete" and confident having them be the appropriate size.
4.  I saw firsthand what other girls have been telling me about how having nice bustline can open doors.

So, a BA has gone from a "ehhh..." to a something I want to do.

This is what the larger bra looks like on me:

On you, a D cup would look fitting because you got a medieval classic face... woman's woman... I think A cups only look fitting on skinny women like Audrey Hepburn or Paris Hilton.

I padded up to a D cup once and immediately took it off, because it looked *huge.*  Joke's on me, I guess, as I've ended up bigger than that now. So although I didn't get augmentation, I did take away one important lesson from that - once you're used to a size it will look/feel smaller than it did on day 1. If you're looking into BA, try this sort of experiment for a few days at least, maybe longer, and be sure you're content with how big they seem then.

I remember when I finally went and had a bra professionally fitted instead of guessing at my size like I had been before.  I was still working at the clinic as a social worker back then and on my first day of wearing my new bra all the male staff in the clinic kept looking at my chest.  I suppose before my inexpert choice of bra had been flattening me down

I have room left over in a B cup but an A cup is to small. With my hight it sort of looks like two bumps in the road. On the other hand when I was a teen several of us kids in the neighborhood would meet in the front yard of one of the kids to talk. One of the girls was a wise philosopher and said "Where nature fails, stuff with cotton.". To be surrounded by such wise people!

That's exactly what i've got in mind Jenna and that's why I ran my little experiment. I don't want so much that I become a joke - I work in a professional environment and would like for people to respect me because of what I do, not because of my chest size.

With that said a few more curves wouldn't hurt :P

I had the same experience you did before I stopped wearing C-cup breast forms. Men paid a lot more attention to me.

BA is attractive, but I'd rather my breasts be natural. I can understand the draw. Most people I know who've had BA don't regret it.

I love my maximizing Wonder-Bras for just that reason. I fit into a B cup which shapes and defines the girls, which are a bit wall eyed. A bra makes a big difference in how they look and especially in how I feel. Most times I can get away wearing a non-padded one in male mode which helps with the jiggle factor.

I have found the "Yes, ma'am" factor goes way up with a more prominent breast shape. I've only used "bra enhancer" pads which take me from a small B to a C cup. They are more like the push-up pads than a breast form. Y'alls comments are tempting me to try something a little more aggressive.  :)

I don't think I'd ever want a BA, but I can see how some can find it an attractive option.

All I know is, cameras reduces my bewbs one size down...:( ...and adds pounds where I don't want them.

Girl friend, you didn't just try a little experiment... you jumped into the deep end,and you're looking good ;D

Seriously, these pads are found in the woman's section of any department store.  We all come in different sizes, I have one friend who's the classic gymnast/figure skater build and I've always had more boob than her.  So, while there aren't many who'd admit it there are women who wear them.  That said, try wearing them to work a few days and see how that works for your performance evaluation.
Hugs,

I wouldn't want to have BA because with my damaged immune system surgically inserting any foreign object under my skin is likely to end in tears.  I did wear breast forms when I was still working as a social worker and I'm considering doing it again.  That means I would have to wear a bra again which is something I never liked.  I'm a B cup, but without a bra fairly flattish so the loose clothing I used to wear when I was doing the hiding myself away religious stealth thing never showed much.

Hi Eva Marie;
I think you loo really great with that lille more in the bust especially with your frame.

As I think I mentioned when we met I use Amoena Silocon Breast forms:
Try: http://www.amoena.com.au/Products/Breast-Forms/Essential/Essential-3S/Essential-3S#

They were quite expensive, but are incredibly natural looking. I used to wear them with my 42B bras, but now that my breasts are themselves are B Cup, I have upgraded to a C Cup and sometimes need a D Cup depending on the bra type. (I have a strapless bra from my strapless pink dress that is D Cup and dramatically helps with the shape.)

Interestingly I reckon either a Large C or small D Cup would look great on you.

One Los Angeles Doctor that i am really impressed with in terms of his BA results is:- Dr Kim:

Let me know how you get on

Judith - Out of curiosity I previously did a few minutes of searching for information about BA's in the L.A. area to get an idea of the cost and availability and Dr. Kim's name kept popping up - apparently his work is highly regarded.

Unfortunately I am a long way away from having the money to do the BA right now and I need to allow more time for HRT to do it's thing anyway so I am going to have to wait a bit.

For those that are curious - I've noticed 3 effects and one realization:

1.  Guys pay more attention and are nicer  :-*
2.  Women automatically now clock me as female whereas before I sensed some hesitation/uncertainty on that from them.
3.  My confidence is now much higher because I know that my proportions are in the correct ratio - I am a bigger girl but I now have proportionally sized curves in the right spots.

The realization is that I'm starting to think a D cup might be the perfect size.
