Hi everyone.
I'm 21 and come to the realization over the past couple of months that I am transgender and am looking to begin transitioning soon. I've tried searching around but can't seem to find much specific information about the process of transitioning in WA, and seeing as a fair few people here seem to be from Australia maybe I could get some basic information here, such as the cost of HRT, the process of getting HRT, name/gender changes on official documents, etc, pretty much anything you think might help me in my future.
Thanks.

Its all a process... just take the time you need but keep at it.
You might see a gender therapist... a person who could help you along and help find out what you want...
if they are not supportive you might look for another...
Concerning voice, imo it takes consistency, a few minutes of training over a few months. Never overstrain your voice.
Things that can be done quite quickly are trying to speak a bit more softer and breathier, and more intonation. Intonation with women is almost like a dance, going up and down much more, for example often going up at the end of a sentence, but also within words.
Really? spoken by a man would go up slightly at the end... spoken by a women it would go up in the middle and again at the end, and much more.
And others have succeeded, too :).
I'd say just take it step by step, one step after the other.
hugs
