Just wanted to say "woo-hooo"! first before I start :D :-* :laugh:
I got more blood test results back and got my actual estrogen numbers:
Within the expected range of 50 to 200 estrogen in my blood I got (118)
Within the expected range of 0 to 100 ng/dl testosterone in my blood I got (32)
I have no other health issues going on except for my veins,osteoarthritis,spinal stenosis (which was healed by surgery)
and the occasional aches and pains of being 40+ Everything else is fabulous, even my weight is better holding at 275.

I have real breast tissue now, not just fat. In fact she said in these last 6 months (2 months of theraputic level hrt) I have shown "a lot" of tissue growth underneath. Had a full inspection of private area too. She said it has shrunk quite a bit and that I told her I don't even need to tuck for clothing, just possibly swimsuits (when im ready for that)
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST!
I get to start Micronized Progesterone! The naturally occuring kind (not provera)
We are lowering estrogen a hair and adding this in pill form...which looks like will be covered by insurance!
Woo! I am hoping and praying it adds that added mood benefit and breast tissue growth, and none of the weight gain or other issues. (Spent the last 4 months trying to get her to let me try it.)
