Lately my hunger has been waking me up out of my sleep something fierce and even today I ate a meal and was hungry an hour and a half later. It's kind of a pain tbh. Has this happened to anybody else?
did this happen when I started hormones?
My appetite definitely increased and I helped it by increasing my water intake between and before meals as well as healthy snacks in between meals and before bed rather than the junk food that became heavily ingrained in my diet after undergrad lol
