8oz Cream Cheese
6 Teaspoons of Butter
3/4 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of garlic
In a sauce pan, melt the cheese and butter until it is creamy
The stir in the milk and garlic
Pour or spoon this over chicken , pork or turkey (I cute the meat into bite-size chunks)
That's a little different than the standard white sauce base. Mine would be heavier on the seasonings. :)

Wouldn't have thought cream cheese instead of Parmesan. I'll try it, but with added seasoning like Devlyn.
