Happened to me too, a while back. The epilator somehow knew to cut off, and I was not injured.

I don't use an epilator, but every time I shave around there I put my other thumb over my nipple and press in to avoid an analogous accident. Shudder! My deepest sympathies!

Yeah, my epilator also knows when to shut off. It actually didn't hurt as badly as one would think, and my tit was immediately fine after the fact. I think it actually would have hurt more before HRT.
