I feel like I could climb the highest mountain and shout it at the world.   

I have started HRT and have been on it for  month.   And after a month the feelings have confirmed that this is right for me.   There is no stopping this lady.   She is on the road to happiness.  So bring on the road bumps I am ready for it.

When its right, you know it. There is a freedom and relief that after all the time you spent in the wrong body, the process of moving forward is finally beginning.
