Hello my feet are size 40(EU) men, If I want to wear women's highheels can't I still wear size 40(EU)? Is there a big difference? and Does hrt make my feel 0.5 - or 1 size smaller? Thanks
Hormones can cause your shoe size to shrink, but it doesn't mean it will. It's a matter of losing muscle in your feet when that happens. What shoe size you are now is less important than the actual measurements of your foot. Use those measurements against the woman's sizing chart for best fit. Another thing to remember is woman's shoes like clothes very in size a lot and part of that is based on style. so you might be one size in one brand or style of shoe completely different size in another.

I wear a 10 1/2 men's (US measurement), and 11 1/2 wide women's...so it's probably a size or two larger.
eta: Looked it up here (http://www.zappos.com/c/shoe-size-conversion), we have the same size) Also, each women's brand/style seems to be nearly random in size markings.
