Does anyone know how to close a mental health file and get it off your record?

All of my mental health information is held in the doctors office and never made it to public records. if for some reason your information is in the public records the only solution I can think of is to document your cure and see if the court can do anything with it. They might not be able to remove it but they might lock it so it can only be accessed with a court order. Some of this information can age out but I don't know if it will in this case. You need to talk to somebody who knows the records laws for your location.

Thanks, I'm sure it's not public, I just want the case closed altogether.

In the United States, the only way anybody will ever see your records is with a court orders. If the law has no reason to question you history, that information will never leave the doctors office.
