Title: Embarrassing problem
Post by: Rose City Rose on June 24, 2015, 09:30:43 PM
So I have not been very aroused or had very forceful erections in a long time thanks to HRT and my partner's general lack of interest in sex, but today I had a particularly intense masturbation session and a few hours later I noticed that there is a noticeable but painless lump on my penis shaft on one side that seems to be filled with some kind of fluid.

What is this and should I be worried? I've e-mailed my doctor but if it's life-threatening I don't want to wait. I'm worried it might be a blood clot of some sort.

Perhaps you should use a app  such as doctor on call or Google it

That's just something that happens if you give your wart a hard workout.  A cold compress will help to get rid of it, but if you leave it in time it will go away by itself.

Going to the hospital for every little thing isn't a luxury I have.

Googled it, can't find anything similar.

That seems to be what I'm hearing most consistently on other trans boards I post on.

It's better to be safe than sorry. I recommend you get it checked out. It's easily something one of your regular doctors could look into for you and then pass you on to someone else if necessary. Hugs

So you have not had sex or masterbation in a while.  When I haven used a shovel in a while I get a callous on my thumb, it has fluid in it.  Just pop it and move on.
As for you, there is fluid in a skin area not used to being rubbed lately;)  if it turns dark red to black, then worry, but if no skin color change, just dont rub so hard next time;)

I had an issue like that once, im great at body mods, so I just cut in to take a peek and found above issue with clear fluid..  that was after 6 mo of no sex after orchi..  didnt have urge at first, but it all came back too..

If you plan to be srs someday, try using a vibrator with a small cup on the end to cup the end of your penis.  I found these great ones made by wahl.  I started having better orgasms w/o an erection.  From there, your mind can go wild;)  the orgasms will change..  this way, after your srs, you already know how to have an orgasm..  happy spanking!  I found this and never went back!

I do this too and it is far more pleasant than the good old "Manual Override" in all ways! other than it takes longer (for me.) Granted, its totally worth the extra time if you have a good imagination ;)

Entirely not a medical professional, but I have also had similar lumps after hard use (especially if you have not put your package to use in a while) and they went away after a day or two. I would suggest seeking medical aid if it does not go away with 48-72 hours, but if it goes away, I would not stress too much about it.

Wow, been bored, so I doubled my sidedifil dose (which is viagra).  Tried the old way, which really sucks since I never had an orgasm with a real erection like this since last year?  Jist of da story, yep, there are bumps there:(  If you dont use it, the skin becomes weak!  Wow, all that for an orgasm that was rather bla..  hope this helps, the things I do for science;)

It could be a ingrown hair.
Even if you haven't shaved or removed hair down there, new hairs grow all the time, sometimes just replacing ones that have fallen out.

PS. I was going to link to google pics "ingrown hair on penis" but yuck yuck yuck
