I am 5'7 140lbs, 26. Ive started HRT a month ago and I am taking estradiol (under tongue) and spiro. is adding genistein soy supplement going to interfere with anything. I do not take finastride. It seems the estrogen and spiro has started hair regrowth as one of my affects and I like that but will taking genistein hurt more than help with adding to my feminizing regimen?
In case anyone was wondering; my effects on hrt are smoother skin, hair regrowth, nipple change, and my feet have shrunk (weird one)
