Hi I am 18 years old trans woman I don't start HRT but I feel like my breasts are growing not much but like a cup It is not look very feminine because It is look like a missile I guess (Look sharper) . And my body is " ) ( "shaped It is like a female body, my pelvis is wide and I have narrow shoulders and waist also I have nearly no upper muscle , so Is it normal ? I am very happy with that, but unfortunately my face isn't as feminine as my body. Just wondering If there is a connection between my body and being trans?
Well quite a few people have hormone imbalances... both trans men and women...
so you are not alone.
Imo with some people its part of being trans... like a connection...
hugs
Laura is right.
I always had broader shoulders than other AFAB people and other traits like that, but I didn't realize until I was taking blood tests to start Testosterone that I actually had very VERY low estrogen levels naturally. I also wondered if the two were connected. :)

Hormone imbalances during my teenaged years caused my left breast to develop on its own and even now after years of HRT my left breast is more developed than my right. I know being intersex makes my own situation different, but it's an example of how hormone imbalances combined with varying tissue sensitivity to hormones can lead to unexpected results. Until I started HRT my body was noticeably asymmetric with the more femme left side being differently shaped to the right. My ex-wife used to comment on it all the time since she was the only one back then who got to regularly see me naked.
And amazingly it still took me a further 12 years before I fully realised that I wasn't actually male. ::)
