For those people who want to get feminized but are unable to get HRT I have a solution. Soy milk is the way to go it has 200 times more estrogen than cow milk. But there is some risk especially for older men. If you are allergic to nuts don't use soy milk because most of the soy today is genetically modified that have a nuts genes to compensate lack of fat in soy. Other thing that u might get prostate cancer if you are old but I'm not sure about that it up to u if u use it. Soy is also cheap and legal. I also love soy because I have intolerance for cow milk.
Well soy works for me. It will be soon 2 months I'm using it and I can see changes. My hair and skin became softer, I have craving for salty and spicy food and my mind changed I can't get satisfactory from normal faping I only get satisfied with my anal toys.
Here's the article were I found about the soy effects. Its about guy who feminized himself without even knowing it.

I personally use 1-2l per day because I weight 58 kg. The guy in article was probably far more heavier because he was drinking about 3l per day.
It's the best choice for me to drink soy milk until I move from Lithuania to Ireland. The greatest way to keep feminized. I have to wait for 2 years until I move that's the reason why I picked soy.
There's still a problem tho like testosterone is still gonna be producing
I will produce ass long as u have balls. Its still good and cheap way to get feminized. :)
Forgot to mention got on more change recently about 1 week ago started to feel nipple pain and weird feeling in chest.
True but spiro blocks testosterone and what your experiencing is breast growth
I'l link to this article if it's helpful, from what I've read it's only been in one case, but can always contribute to the discussion :)

Sofia, thank you so very much for mentioning this, and thank you to Matthew for mentioning the Men's Health article.
Much appreciated!

Well phytoestrogens...
they have a somewhat similar effect than estrogen but weaker.
If you are on hrt phytoestrogens are not necessarily a good idea because they might compete with estro for estrogen receptors, and having a weaker effect it might not be advantageous. Of course normal amounts should not matter, only large amounts.
Here is a list with a few foods containing phytoestrogens:
dietaryfiberfood dot com/phytoestrogen-hormones/phytoestrogen-food-sources.php
An amount of 200 is considered a normal amount according to some sources... so olive oil for example don't has to be avoided.
There are other foods that also contain high amounts... all at your own risk, consider side effects... too large amounts of some foods might not be healthy... it might be advisable to look up side effects of linseed, for example...
soy is a product that was traditionally fermented. It still is in soy sauces, for example.
Unfermented it might have some side effects like influences on digestion.
hugs

When I transitioned we didn't have blockers. Because for the most part we were transitioning after age 20, testosterone had already done most of the damage it was going to do. We hoped that the estrogen would block the testosterone and in some cases it seemed to but I don't think my testosterone production was stopped until I had SRS.
Simple just buy some soy milk powder witch is located in almost every store usually next to coffee or tea. 100mg/ml=1l of milk. Its basically like making a tea in 1l jar. Wait for it to cool down and you can eat it with some cereal or just take a straw and slowly drink it. The changes will be same as using estrogen pills but not that fast.
There is nothing special about it how u make it bchigdon10. ;)
Thanks I'll try it.

Will soy milk make my butt fuller? I'm a male and have struggled with a flat arse for my whole life. Right now I just use buttpads and tried squating. But I want a real butt! I started drinking soy milk recently after being vegan. And if this works, is there a way to not get breasts?

The quantity of phytoestrogens in Soy milk is too small to have any feminising effect.
Can you imagine the lawsuits if it was feminising?

Really?
Yep. Really.
According to the link above, I should try flax seeds. They seem to be 120+ times more potent than soy milk.
As a vegetarian (and consumer of soy milk) for 28 years I can tell you it did pretty much zero for my hormone levels. Ditto flax seeds, green tea, spearmint tea, saw palmetto, red clover, etc, etc. Yes, they may have a small amount of antiandrogen or phytoestrogen but compared to what hormones can accomplish their effects are negligible/zero. Seriously don't waste your time and money.

My personal situation is I'd start hrt years ago if I had choice.
By current state of things it is about 4 more years to go until then.
Ultimately, I need something to eat, so will try flax seeds. :) If it gets my prostate bad, :( there goes a reason to do some removal.
The avidity of phytoestrogens to the oestrogen receptor is so low that they have very little effect.
Sorry to burst everyone's placebo bubble, but I have been drinking soy milk (and most of the other products Ms Grace lists) daily for 26 years and had no such feminising effects. But wouldn't it be good if it were true?!
Mind you, when my endo received my first round of tests, he couldn't explain why my Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) levels were so high. My testosterone levels were also at the low end of normal. There was no evidence to suggest that my SHBG and T levels were caused by a long term diet high in phytoestrogens, but my endo thought my diet interesting enough to note down in his little book of research ;)
More about that case with some pictures what he reached.

Yes you might not get some serious effect but it totally depends on your body. There is plenty of articles were women get they'r breasts enlarged bcs of soy... At the end u might be lucky to have body that gets effected by it.

In reference to the case you cite (italics mine):
"
Conclusions: This is
a very unusual case of gynecomastia related to ingestion of soy products." [http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18558591]
Hmm.. Maybe it's a special allergic reaction of some sort?
Apart from a medically-proven lack of efficacy, soy milk is also ecologically unsound. In places where fresh water is a rapidly dwindling commodity, is a product that takes 3 litres of water to produce 1 litre of product all that wise?
Soy versus dairy: what's the footprint of milk? (http://theconversation.com/soy-versus-dairy-whats-the-footprint-of-milk-8498)
A recent Dutch study (http://waterfootprint.org/media/downloads/Ercin-et-al-2012-WaterFootprintSoy.pdf) comparing the water footprints of soybean and equivalent animal products found that soy milk [has a] much smaller water footprint than cow milk... The water footprint of the soy milk products analysed in this study was 28% of the water footprint of the global average cow milk. (The Conversation (http://theconversation.com))

Well, I know it's a shame for those wanting to transition as MTF but damn - that's a relief to me!
Being vegan, I've been drinking around 2 pints a week, anything feminising would be the last thing I'd want! :P
Matt you need to drink a pint of Bulls blood instead. Not sure if it comes as vegan though!
Just joking people!
Well if anything this topic got me to try soy milk its tasty!
I'm a soy milk addict as well as my boyfriend is. I haven't noticed any feminizing effects on him

Totally agree. When our emotional attachment to feminizing ourselves are so adament, we will try to believe anything. If soy milk could produce feminizing effects, masculine men that drink it would also be exposed to those feminizing effects; as a result, I imagine people would be pretty pissed and would escalate things to the legal level.
That being said, I drink soy milk anyways because it is delicious! Vanilla soy milk on my cereal and in my coffee? yes please! :)
That reminds me of a show where the guy's brother took shark hormones or something like that. He turned into a completely aggressive jerk after that.

I've been drinking soy milk and green tea, and taking saw palmetto supplements for quite awhile now. I don't see any feminizing effects, really, but I also don't see much further masculinization either really. I'm very concerned about balding, whether such things are helping prevent it is hard to tell. I don't really care as much about any other feminizing effects, that would really just be gravy for me. I can live with my body and hairline as is, I'm just wanting to keep it that way. I'm not sure how long I can, whether these things are helping or not is not all that easy to tell.
